Public Villain part 5Virgil and Lola walked side by side through the city called Downtown. Like many other part of Devil's Island, wrought iron covered buildings like parasitic vines, and gears pushed through walls, exposing themselves like infections. The gears actually connected to large rotating shafts which mechanically distributed power through Devil's Island. The system, though bulky, was rivaled by none in efficiency. it was the best non-polluting system ever conceived. It was like the rest of Devil's Island: Different. The residents always bought their clothes from custom tailors. Not one resident had the same clothes as the other. The overall style matchPublic Villain part 5
